I want to experiment with gluten free flours to create the cakes and biscuits that my family love. Although I am not a coeliac, I do have an intolerance and as such I want to try to eat less wheat and gluten. I hope to take a bread and pastry course to enhance my skills as I have been mixing my own flours for a while and would like to perfect bread baking. So here are a couple of pictures of today's efforts.
